PROCESS:
1. Discovery
We outline a product roadmap to define the scope, understand market opportunities, and prioritize actions according to the needs of stakeholders, project resources, and timeframes.
2. Research
Starting from benchmarking and persona design, we understand the product language to add value and coherence. Empathy and listening allow us to establish guidelines, identify friction points, discover opportunities, and reduce risks..
3. Definition
We leverage agile methodologies, short sprints that allow us to build a first version quickly, in order to find flaws, learn, and build efficiently.
4. Design
The design phase starts with wireframes and, in some cases, brand design. We iterate on the initial flows until we reach high-fidelity prototypes. Each iteration is informed by user and shareholder feedback.
5. User testing
We build hand in hand with usersto understand their needs and add more value to the product. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis, we objectively discover how the product/service experience is perceived.
6. Iterations
Designing user experiences is a constantly evolving process and always depends on the final interaction and the reading we make of user behavior. Designing iteratively is the most efficient way to build an intuitive and valuable product for the market.
7. Positioning
