Supported with technical and financial backing from the <i>City Climate Finance Gap Fund<\/i> (Gap Fund), the pilot program was jointly implemented by German Cooperation for Development (GIZ), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the World Bank.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Faced with a robust ecosystem of local governance and international cooperation, we at Epigrama stepped in as multidisciplinary strategic allies across design, production, and visual storytelling. We aligned the benefits of clean mobility not only with environmental metrics but also with educational quality and equity, proving that safer, noise-free school routes foster a dignified learning environment for students.<\/span><\/p><p>To uncover the brand's core DNA, we conducted <strong>co-creation sessions<\/strong> and brand workshops where we articulated the <em><strong>brand's Why<\/strong><\/em> and its <em><strong>core values.<\/strong><\/em> Following this, we developed a comprehensive identity manual featuring clear communication guides, graphic parameters, a renewed visual universe, and cross-cutting messaging to convey the brand's portfolio and vision.<br \/><br \/>Through this process, and in tandem with character development, master brand taglines were born, such as <strong><em>\"Next Stop: Zero Emissions\",<\/em><\/strong> <strong>and \"Giants that leave no footprint for little ones who will make history,\"<\/strong>alongside fun character dialogues that break away from traditional public policy communication.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b6cb7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8b6cb7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
